AnyDesk is a remote desktop tool available for Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS, FreeBSD, and Raspberry Pi. It is one of the best remote control application with full administrative permissions and you can control any other computer through your device.
For AnyDesk to work, it should be installed on both the devices, the one which will be controlling (client) and the other being controlled (host). When AnyDesk is being run on both the Host and Client PC, then a connection can be made by sharing the Remote Desk ID which will be entered on the client PC to make the connection.
Once the connection has been made, the client can control the PC of the host using AnyDesk. All the connections are encrypted using TLS/AES and none of the data is routed through AnyDesk’s servers, so the connection is only between the client and the host.
To prevent any unauthorized access, user can set up a password in the Settings to prevent any unattended access. Permissions can also be set for the other user to limit their control to a certain limit. There are different permissions that you can give to the other user including sharing the screen, hearing what’s being played on the PC, controlling the keyboard and mouse, locking the user’s keyboard and mouse input, etc.
